Oatmeal Facial Mask
You can do this beauty ritual twice a week, before going to bed or to prep your face two hours before you put on your makeup, when you go to parties, or simply when you want to look your best.
The mixture can also be applied to your neck, arms, and legs. You can save the whole mixture for an entire week. Just put it in a small container and refrigerate.
Recipe Ingredients:
- Half a cup of purified water
- Instant oatmeal (ready to cook)
- Two spoons of organic honey
- 1 Tbsp. of cinnamon powder
- Milk (infant or toddlers milk)
- Papaya Soap (optional)
Directions
Put the water in a microwave and heat it for two minutes. Mix all of the ingredients to make a paste. Test the temperature first, then apply to your face. Leave it on for thirty minutes to one hour.
Wash it off with water and papaya soap (Lux beauty soap does wonders! It's cheap but really good; if you don't have any of the soaps I've just mentioned, you can use whatever soap you have.)
